Welcome, to this peaceful retreat between Toulouse and Montauban. On the grounds of a former castle, the house has been built in the old stables. A small private garden and the château park are at your disposal (children's games, boules court, green spaces, etc.) The two-storey house has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room on the ground floor, and two small bedrooms and a shower room with a toilet on the first floor. Its location is ideal for visiting Auch, Montauban, the medieval village of Sarrant and the surrounding villages renowned for their market hall. The house has a swimming pool (10x5 m), a shaded terrace and a wooded park. Hiking trails are accessible. The owners live right next door but the layout of the houses offers complete privacy.
