Notre gîte de caractère de 20m2 est situé en pleine nature à côté de notre maison sur un terrain de 8500m2 à 1000 mètres sur le plateau des petites roches. Superbe sauna panoramique (avec supplément). Station de ski, parapente, sentiers de randonnée au départ du gîte. Amoureux de la nature et du calme ce gîte est le lieu idéal. Le Mazot au fil de l’Ô vous promet une parenthèse hors du temps. Niché dans un hameau alpin paisible, ce cocon entre chalet et cabane est bordé de deux ruisseaux, en pleine nature. À 800 m d’altitude, au pied du plateau du Parmelan, il se situe entre le lac d’Annecy (15 min) et les pistes des Aravis (30 min). Un point de départ idéal pour randonner, skier, pédaler ou simplement se reconnecter dans un cadre calme et ressourçant. Ici, le luxe c est la nature, ici on ralentit, on se reconnecte

Dans les Alpes, en Savoie, a 15 km du centre de Chambery, dans le massif des Bauges, tout au bout du chemin de La Bas dans un environnement enchanteur pour amoureux de calme, de sérénité et de permaculture. Authentique yourte mongole à proximité de notre maison, avec sa grande terrasse en bois équipée, au milieu de notre jardin-forêt. Toilette sèche a proximité de la yourte. Point d'eau et douche solaire sous les arbres. L'hiver, la yourte est chauffée au bois (poêle Jotul), bois fourni.

Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges, and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, terrace and enclosed garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood and unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 minute drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Farm dome in Chartreuse

Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse countryside, come and discover our independent dome on our small Quintessence de Chartreuse farm, dedicated to plants. You'll be captivated by the view of the valley, the cliffs in all directions, with the Grand Som in the background. Our house and the farm premises are 80 metres from the dome and its terrace, with no overlooking neighbours. If you'd like to stay for several nights, please don't hesitate to ask for information.

Idéalement situé sur l’axe Thônes-Faverges, il se trouve à proximité des stations de ski(La Clusaz, Grand Bornand, Manigod) et du lac d’Annecy. Que vous soyez sportif ou"farniente", vous êtes au bon endroit ! Pensé pour 4 personnes (2 lits doubles).

Welcome to the Star Yurt, nestled in the heart of a hamlet in the Chartreuse Mountains. Treat yourself to a unique experience with panoramic views of the Grande Sure. Walks are accessible from the yurt. A few meters away, a private bathroom with bathtub awaits you for a real moment of relaxation. Breakfast possible for an additional fee, upon request and according to our availability. Come and experience a break from nature and serenity in a mountain hamlet!

La Grange, détente et vue de rêve (jacuzzi)

Venez séjourner dans cette magnifique grange retapée, veille de plus de 300 ans. Il y règne un microclimat de détente, de zénitude et de vacances très spécial, avec une vue paradisiaque! Un côté de Provence en Chartreuse en somme ! J'habite dans cette maison et la libère quand je suis réservé afin de vous la laisser de manière privatisé. Vous avez donc accès à toute la maison sauf ma chambre et mon garage. Je laisse par contre mes chats, roxy et gribouille.
