This villa is located 15‘ from the bridge, at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to a beach (300m) and Grand Village (15’), making it ideal for a successful holiday. The historic town centre of Le Château with its shops, markets and restaurants is a 10-minute walk or 5 minutes by bike. And the walk along the ramparts is just a 2-minute walk away, as is the supermarket.

This house is not suitable for people wishing to make noise (music or screams) in the garden after 10pm
