We are located a few minutes northeast of Bergerac and a stone's throw from the village of Saint Georges de Monclard. In a warm atmosphere combining all the charms of the buildings of yesteryear as well as the most modern amenities, you can enjoy the 80 m² of this apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Let yourself be seduced by this antique house built in 1736 by a city trader and enjoy this ground floor apartment formerly used to store the best wines of Bergerac.
