Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Le Boucheron is a master house from 1512 and 1850, elegantly renovated over 4 years by Jane. It is located in the middle of the family farm run by Nicolas. Jane and Nicolas will be happy to show you around the farm where they raise sheep and to direct you to the many activities to do in the area - hiking, canoeing, visiting Limoges and its porcelain, museums, lakes, zoo, tree climbing, castles and other historical sites. Independent studio at the farm

The studio is an expansion of our house, it is separated by a dining room that we do not use when the studio is rented, with a locked door. At the gates of PNR Périgord-Limousin, located in a cul-de-sac including 3 dwellings, the path continues for 300m. 25 min from Limoges and the highway, tobacco bar, grocery store and bakery, pizza machine and children's playground 4 min away, all shops 10 min away (Aixe sur Vienne or Chalus).

Nous mettons à disposition des voyageurs un espace privé se situant au RDC de notre habitation. Il comprend une cuisine, une chambre, Salle de bain (espace partagé avec la chaufferie et la pompe de la piscine) et WC. Vous bénéficiez également de l’accès à la piscine (mise en service de juin à mi septembre). Nous sommes également idéalement situés dans la campagne pour les randonneurs, vttistes et coureurs (trail).
