A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room. Private access is via a side gate and separate private entrance. Lovely village pubs and a shop are a short stroll away and lots of other great places to eat are nearby

The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.
