Two terraces, one of which is 30 m², garden, access to swimming pool and outdoor games shared with the owners. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet. If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

We offer an upstairs gîte, adjoining our family home, and next to our other gîte "Au Pigeon Voyageur". It is located in the countryside, at the foot of our dovecote and the stone bread oven dated 1613, in a small hamlet of 3 houses. Graulhet is the closest town (8 km away with 15,000 inhabitants). It has exceptional views of the Pyrenees. You will find typical elements of the region, exposed stone walls, parquet and wooden beams.
