Located a 13-minute walk from Mirail-U subway station or 3 minutes by bus. Very quiet 1 room studio-flat on the ground floor of a charming stone and brick house with a private garden, in the city centre of Albi (twelve minutes walk from the cathedral and the old city centre, 5 mn from the railway station and 4 mn from the university ), it includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, 2 armchairs and a small table to relax after visiting , opening on the little garden, an open kitchen, a table to eat or work and a big bathroom (shower+ bath) as well as separate toilets.

Gite in restored former farmhouse

Cottage of about 50 m² in an old restored farmhouse. Completely renovated, it consists of a living room, an adjoining kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a bedroom (bed in 140 cm). The cottage is adjacent to the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You can park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to the golf course and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is located between town and countryside 4km from the historic center of Montauban.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Very nice apartment of 44m² with large balcony overlooking the park for 2 people (up to 4 people)in a gated residence, secured with parking space. Carefully renovated and fully equipped to ensure excellent comfort, linen is included as well as cleaning, managed by a professional.
