Come and stay in our beautiful home in a tranquil setting with a fully enclosed large garden and views of the lake. The house has plenty of space to relax, dine or work depending on your preference. It is located in a quiet suburb of Lausanne, only a 10 minute drive or bus ride from the city centre. Our pet-friendly house is directly opposite a gorgeous woodland area with stunning views, plenty of walking trails and a community famr and farmshop. Ideal for a family or romantic break.

Ce logement avec jardin et piscine est à 5 min à pied du métro et d'Aquatis. Il permet d'être en ville tout en bénéficiant de la tranquillité et la verdure. A la sortie d'autoroute Vennes, il est facile d'accès et possède une place de parc. Sauvabelin, sa forêt et son étang sont à 5 min en voiture. Idéal pour une famille jusqu'à 3 enfants. Attention, les fêtes bruyantes sont interdites. Il est également interdit de dépasser le nombre de personnes sans autorisation préalable.

This is our family house... it will be decorated for the holidays in festive Christmas decoration which you can enjoy while sipping hot chocolate by the chimney! On the main floor you have a double room, one kid room with single bed and a low 70x40 Montessori bed, one kid room with a low 70x40 Montessori bed. A baby bed is also available if needed (and all kind of baby stuff!). On the floor below you also have a room that can have a single or double bed.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! We renovated our old Swiss farmhouse (est. 1870) to feature this charming independent flat! There is a grocery store (150m away), along with an adorable Boulangerie where everything is housemade. A forest & small river are found just behind our house, making our flat the perfect retreat for nature lovers & city enthusiasts alike. 10 minutes to the city center by car and easy to get to by bus (line 8).
