All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. The apartment is divided into 2 accommodations each closing with their key The entrance to the apartment is common to both accommodations. Guest accommodation with a view of the Eiffel Tower is not shared, it's like a studio with a balcony. There is a bedroom area with a queen-size bed, 1 wardrobe, floor lamps, equipped kitchen, and small shower area. The toilet is opposite the bedroom. On the balcony: 1 table and 2 chairs, a space is reserved for gardening.

Welcome to the “Chardon de Belleville”! You will occupy the entire small 37m2 apartment on the second floor (no lift) of a four-storey house - in complete autonomy. It offers all the amenities: small living room, fitted kitchen, large bathroom with a washing machine, fast WIFI... Crossing, bright and easy to ventilate, it overlooks a quiet street and our interior garden (where you can have your breakfast on shiny summer days).
