The apartment has just been renovated and I am looking for someone to help watch the apartment while I am away over the summer :) The apartment has one Queen sized bed and another sofa bed, so between 1-4 people can sleep comfortably. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, as well as a shared terrace.

Ubicado en el barrio de Las Ventas, se encuentra en una zona residencial de la ciudad ideal para poder descansar pero al mismo tiempo cerca de todo. Nos encontramos a tan sólo 500 metros de la calle Alcalá. Y tras un largo día de explorar la ciudad disfruta del descanso en el salón con la chimenea de vapor que sin duda será la guinda de un día estupendo.

The area has many markets, shops and bars and you will be really comfortable as in the house as in the neighbourhood. The apartment is very cosy and has a great terrace. You can lie there at the sun, rest, have breakfast and have a beer or a cup of wine in the afternoon. It has also wifi. The dorm has a 1.50 bed and in the living room there is a sofa with chaise lounge available to sleep for 1 or 2 persons.
