Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Welcome to our tropical haven, a 5-minute walk from the Beach, in a secure gated community. The apartment sits on the 2nd floor of our house with a private Balcony where you can enjoy the breeze. Step outside to discover the shared garden area with seating and lush fruit trees, including a delightful tamarind tree offering its delicious snacks. Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.
