Montpellier, Les hauts de Massane en Occitanie. très beau studio complet, indépendant et au calme, inclus dans notre maison (résidence principale dans la quelle nous résidons toute l'année ) entourée d'un jardin avec terrasse et d'une piscine hors sol. Réalisé avec soins, moderne et et décoré avec sobriété (déco scandinave), il est tout équipé, climatisé et proche des universités (tram et bus) ainsi que des commerces. Nous sommes situés à 30 minutes en voiture de la mer (Palavas les Flots).

Our vineyard house, 2 km from Millau, is typical of the small vineyard houses where gardening tools were kept and wine was produced. The restoration has kept the old charm of the small house of yesteryear and modern comfort. Very quiet neighborhood; large enclosed private parking.
