It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

C'est un logement indépendant avec terrasse au rdc de ma maison située sur une colline verdoyante avec vue exceptionnelle sur la vallée. Accès privé. Parking privé. Peut loger 4 personnes. Déconseillé aux moins de 3 ans car le jardin est en espalier. Accès à la piscine du domaine de juin à mi-septembre et au terrain de tennis. Piscine à 50m à pied de l'appartement. Le logement est désinfecté après chaque location. A 3km du village et 15 km de la mer. Aux pieds des sentiers de randonnées.

This listing is located in a very quiet place close to the start of the hiking trails. Close to the center of the village of Laroque des Albères, and restaurants and shops, come and spend a pleasant stay in this independent apartment just 15 minutes from the beaches. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a 160x200 bed or 2 beds in 80x200, a living room with a double sofa bed and equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom and toilet as well as a covered terrace and a wooded exterior.

Spacious and bright cocoon, with air conditioning & terrace.

Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Access to the beaches is 5 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot, there are shuttles all year round and electric bikes, more info on daqui-mobilité.fr.
