The first beaches such as Port Manech, Kerfany, Dourveil... are 15/20 minutes drive away. The cottage has a semi-enclosed terrace that is completely independent and not overlooked. Close to all amenities (bakery 150 m away, village 1 km away, Leclerc 2 km away) you can do all your errands and/or shopping on foot or by bike. The house is located 100 m from the T4 bus line which takes you directly to Lorient in 10 minutes and to Lorient TGV station in 15 minutes.
