Das Guesthouse steht auf einer grossen privaten eingezäunten Anlage und abseits von Hotelanlagen in Pefkos/ Rhodos/ Lindos. Es hat 2 Etagen, eine grosse Terrasse mit eigenem Pool und Meerblick. Es hat ein SZ mit begehbaren Schrank und angrenzendem Bad. Es gibt 2 WCs und ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Essplatz und Coach (ev. zusätzlicher Schlafplatz). Der Pool mit Gegenstromanlage kann alleine benutzt werden. Der Zugang zum Wohnzimmer und Terrasse ist ebenerdig.
