This brand-new residence features a spacious garden complete with an outdoor jacuzzi, sun beds, and a patio equipped with a dining area. Inside, the gleaming interior includes a living area seamlessly integrated with a kitchen and dining space. The home also boasts a bathroom fitted with a rainfall shower and a generously sized bedroom furnished with a queen bed.

Es hat 2 Etagen, eine grosse Terrasse mit eigenem, exklusiv nutzbaren Pool und direktem Meerblick. Es hat ein SZ mit begehbaren Schrank und angrenzendem Bad. Es gibt 2 WCs und ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Essplatz und Coach (ev. zusätzlicher Schlafplatz). Der Pool mit Gegenstromanlage kann alleine benutzt werden. Der Zugang zum Wohnzimmer und Terrasse ist ebenerdig.
