This traditional and cozy log cabin is located in the peaceful nature of Lapland, just 21 km from Muonio and a short drive from Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park. The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. You will have a welcoming living room with a fireplace, kitchen, and your own private sauna for relaxation. There is also a Wifi in the cabin. Large windows and the terrace open to breathtaking views of Pallas fells. In winter, you can often admire the Northern Lights right from the yard with no light pollution at all. The cabin is conveniently located near Levi (46 km) and Ylläs (32 km) ski resorts, as well as Kittilä Airport (60 km). This makes it the perfect base for a skiing or activity holiday in winter, and for hiking and biking adventures in summer. The cabin is ideal for couples, families, and groups of friends who want to enjoy authentic Lapland atmosphere and year-round outdoor activities. If you arrive by plane to Kittilä, rental cars are easily available directly at the airport. The drive to the cabin is easy even in winter as the road is wide, and you reach our private road to the cabin on one straight route without any turns.

The cottage is located in the forest for 30 minutes from the airport/Santa Claus village, on the magnificent Kemijoki River. Here, you'll get to experience the nature, starry sky, and forest of the real Lapland. The cottage has drinking water and electricity, as well as electric heaters. Wood-burning sauna. The kitchen and dining area of the cottage are well-equipped. By separate agreement, I offer activities: a private 3-hour excursion for €90 per person, breakfast for €15 per person, and Loimu salmon cooked over a campfire for €60 per person. I stay in the yard, and I'm available if needed.

Terva-Karko's croft in Suvanto's museum village

You don't often come across a place like this on Airbnb. The more than 130-year-old log cabin in the cultural heritage landscape of Suvanto takes its residents on a time travel to a 19th century village in the far north of Finland. The property is best suited for a friend of Lapland's nature, history and silence, who is not afraid of the dark in winter or mosquitoes in summer. Please note: there is no public transportation to the village, no toilet in the main building, nor a shower. There is a separate sauna building outside and a traditional outhouse behind the sauna.

Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

A warm-hearted cottage on the shores of Lake Kitkajärvi with all the comforts. The tap water is clean spring water. Wood-heated sauna. Private beach (80 m from the cottage) with an electric outboard motor equipped with a rowing boat. Hot tub, sheets and towels as agreed (extra charge). Snowshoes and children's sleds are allowed. Nearby: e.g. Ruka ski resort 19 km from the cottage (about 20 min drive), Riisitunturi National Park 18 km (about 15 min drive), also Valtavaara, Konttainen, Karhunkierros nearby.

Cozy cottage in Siika-Kämä, nice village between Ranua Zoo (40 min) and Rovaniemi City (45 min) in the middle of amazing Lappish countryside in private and safe area. Owners live near to the cottage and are more than happy to help you to have a memorable stay! A beautiful lake (only 20m), where you can enjoy both winter and summer. Activities in accommodation: Ice-fishing, snow-shoeing, snowmobilerides or rent it! You need to have a car to get here, it takes 45 minutes from Rovaniemi city.

Upstairs there is bedroom. Distance to Rovaniemi and Santa's village is about 50 kilometers so I recommend to rent a car. there is no public transportation

Watch the northern lights glow outside the living room's floor-to-ceiling window, in one of Lapland's darkest, quietest corners. This wilderness villa sits next to Urho Kekkonen National Park, with its own sauna and, a short walk away, Suomen Latu Kiilopää's fell centre (rental, restaurant, ski tracks). Husky and reindeer safaris, restaurants and slopes are 15 min away in Saariselkä; Ivalo Airport is 35 min. Aurora sightings aren't guaranteed, but few places give a better shot from indoors.

Welcome to enjoy the spring sunshine here (8 people + 2) in a fully equipped Ski Chalet The location is one of the finest in Ylläs, near Lake Kesänkijärvi. From the cottage you can go directly to the trails for skiing, cycling or snowshoeing. If you are into freeriding, you can go straight to the two best fells, Kesänki and Kellostapuli, and at the end of the day, ski to the cottage to relax. Welcome!

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee.
