Το στούντιο είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο οίκημα που βρίσκεται σε ένα κτήμα περιστοιχισμένο από δένδρα και λουλούδια. Η θέα προς Μύκονο, Δήλο και άλλα Αιγαιοπελαγίτικα Νησιά είναι μοναδική. Κοντά υπάρχουν πολλές οργανωμένες παραλίες καθώς και η γνωστή παραλία της Παχιά ΄Αμμου. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ . Δίπλα από το κτήμα βρίσκεται ένα από τα πολλά παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια του νησιού. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι της Τήνου είναι περίπου 6 χιλιόμετρα.

This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

The house was built in 1887 in Arnados village an amphitheatrically built village that overlooks the islands of Mykonos, Syros, Paros and Naxos. The house is 90 sqm for 4 guests and renovated in 2006 – 2008 with respect to all architectural elements. Consists of two bedrooms ( with traditional built double beds),bath with shower,living room with traditional built in corner sofa,fireplace,Kitchen and Big veranda 70 sqm. with panoramic view cyclades islands.

For the 2025 season, the complex’s swimming pool will NOT be available. Enjoy your stay in a magnificent property located extremely close to the sea (150m flat road). A maisonette built and decorated in complete harmony with the Cycladic architecture. It consists of two levels and has a large living room, terrace with large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and WC. The house is independent and is located in a real estate complex.

Διατηρεί αναλλοίωτη την κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική, συνδυάζοντάς την ομως με σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλα εκείνα που διευκολύνουν τη διαμονή των επισκεπτών του, όπως κουζίνα, πλυντήριο, κλιματισμό, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα, αλλά και αντλία θερμότητας, η οποία προσφέρει ψύξη - θέρμανση όλο τον χρόνο.

The building was recently renovated preserving elements of the traditional architecture of the Cyclades and adopting new ones, adapted to modern habitation needs. With much love we gave grandma's house and Grandpa Rafiouli's life again and we will be happy to host you.
