As pleasant in winter with its 125 km of slopes as in summer with access to Vanoise Park, you will enjoy an authentic region where sport and nature are one. Access to the 3 Vallées ski area via the Orelle "3 Vallées Express" cable car (35/40 min drive) and access to Val d'Isère (in summer) via the Col de l'Iseran.

Our Residence is located in a natural setting, apartment above the restaurant Le Laurelma (closed in the evening) between France and Italy, with stunning views of Lake Mont Cenis (a little more about this apartment: bedroom with panoramic lake view) With many walks to do nearby, the first small Italian town is about a 30-minute drive away, and the Val-Cenis resort is a 15-minute drive away. Very nice furnished apartment in Modane.

I offer you a very nice renovated apartment for 4 to 5 people. A shuttle is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation to reach the various ski resorts close to the latter. The apartment sits in downtown Modane in a very quiet neighborhood. It is also on the ground floor of a house with a courtyard. In the vicinity you have a pharmacy, a tobacco, a supermarket but also 10-15 minutes walk, the train station.
