The apartment can be setup as either two or three bedrooms for maximum flexibility. The apartment is 200m to the shops + restaurants, and 350m to the pistes, with views over the lake and the mountains. From Val Claret you can access Val d'Isere, the glacier and Tignes Le Lac. Price includes linen and beds made for your arrival.

As pleasant in winter with its 125 km of slopes as in summer with access to Vanoise Park, you will enjoy an authentic region where sport and nature are one. Access to the 3 Vallées ski area via the Orelle "3 Vallées Express" cable car (35/40 min drive) and access to Val d'Isère (in summer) via the Col de l'Iseran.

Our studio, ideally located at the foot of the slopes of the Val-Cenis Lanslevillard resort, was completely renovated in the fall of 2022 with the charm of old wood and contemporary decor. Designed to make you feel at home, it is equipped with quality amenities. Guests can enjoy stunning views of our mountains from the south-facing balcony. Billiards, foosball, and semi-covered heated pool on the ground floor of the building, accessible from the Christmas holidays until the resort closes and then in July/August. Paid washing machine in the residence. Close to center and shops.

Bright apartment of 25m² for 2 to 4 people (3 adults maximum) located in Tignes le Lac in the Lavachet district. South facing garden balcony overlooking Pointe du Lavachet. Residence located 50m from shops and the free shuttle. Ski slope leading to 2 chairlifts at 180m and back on skis at the foot of the residence (from the beginning of December to the end of April). Calm and familial neighborhood. Free, unlimited and very fast Wi-Fi connection by Fibre.

It is located on "Promenade de Tovière" in Tignes le Lac, less than 100 m from the ski lifts in winter and the main lakeside activity sites in summer. The studio is in my house but the entrance is independent with a key box. Free parking in front of the studio. My house is in a hamlet far from the hustle and bustle of the resorts, just 3 km from the center and Bourg Saint Maurice train station.
