Right from our doorstep, you can set off into the Tyrolean mountains for hiking, skiing, walking or cycling on the Vitalradweg cycle path. Within walking distance of the apartment, there’s a mini supermarket, a butcher’s and a bank.

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)
