The Barn

The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. The Little Blue Studio a peaceful retreat for two

This unique former artists studio is set in splendid rural tranquility perfect for that intimate getaway. Located just a few miles from the South Cornish coastline ideally situated within easy reach of the popular seaside towns of Looe Polperro and Fowey and sleepy estuary village , Lerryn. Enjoy this stylish studio with enclosed private garden. Fresh milk and a Cornish Cream tea will be waiting for you with our compliments . Rigorous cleaning and hygiene due to Covid 19 has been observed.

The Burrow

The Burrow is a quirky and snuggly little bolthole. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome. (No large breeds. Maximum cocker spaniel size, PLEASE respect this). Enjoy the fenced, enclosed garden with views across the fields. A short walk from the local dog friendly pub. kitchen, lounge with woodburner (logs supplied). Smart TV, wifi, king size bed, (electric blanket in winter), air fryer, shared washing machine/dryer, parking and storage for bikes etc. Private hot tub, (bring flip flops!)

Wykeham Coach House

Lanreath is a friendly rural village 6 miles from Looe , Polperro or the Bodinnick ferry to Fowey. There are many other places to visit in the area including Bodmin Jail, Charlestown, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Restormel Castle and the Eden project is just 17 miles away. There are plenty of beaches to choose from and many good walking routes. Lanreath has a small shop and Post office that opens in the morning. The Tipsy Cow in Lanreath is the local bar and has occasional entertainment.

Manor House at Botelet Farm

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Detached cabin in private grounds

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

Daymer two bedroom apartment

A beautiful two bedroom apartment in this historic mansion house with stunning views over the south terrace gardens and valley beyond. In the summer, the heated outdoor pool is open and the games room provides evening activity. Relax and unwind in our peaceful gardens where there are many oases to sit with a book and a glass of wine. Ideally located for the beaches, Cornish gardens, historic properties and stimulating walks. The peaceful village offers a shop and a social club.

Demelza Cottage, Little Larnick

Recently renovated. Traditional country cottage set in idyllic spot with stunning countryside views. From one of the bedrooms you can wake up to this beautiful view. Lovely walk from the cottage to the bustling fishing town of Looe through the tidal river valley in about an hour. Polperro and Looe are both within 10 mins drive - many restaurants, shops and local crafts. A variety of local beaches to explore all within a 10 minute drive away.

The Cottage at Trevelyan -rural Cornwall

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. Coming by car is essential. It is an old farm building, sympathetically converted using the available space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! Eileen's cozy hut

Parking is close walking distance from the hut and personal hot tub, which is situated in a secluded privet area in the Cornish country side. Electricity Built in Bathroom with real shower and loo Electric blanket Wood burner Kitchenette if you cant find the dates you like check out one of our other huts, /h/peters-hut /h/gammas-hut No dogs in this one because the grass keeps geting damaged but the 2 huts above dogs are welcome.
