A nineteenth century Cornish miner's cottage in the heart of Cornwall with lots of original features. The cottage is on a quiet lane overlooking Carn Marth hill, fields, tin mines and Bissoe coast-to-coast bike trail. There is a safe, secure private enclosed garden, sheltered courtyard and parking, including EV charging. The beach is a 10 minute drive away with excellent access to the north and south coasts. There are bike racks and racks for drying wetsuits after a day at the local beaches.

Welcome to Sunny Bank situated in the village of Lanner, Cornwall. Lanner is very central for exploring all of Cornwall with its beautiful coast line. Cleaned to very a high standard using antibacterial cleaner, consists of a new kitchen with dishwasher/fridge/oven and hob, bathroom, new furniture and the ground floor has been completely redecorated, so it has a fresh airy feel to the property, but very homely at the same time. It is situated for travelling around Cornwall and has beautiful walks on your doorstep such as the Old Tram Way. It's an upside down house with two bedrooms, utility and shower room downstairs all opening up to an enclosed patio. An open plan living area upstairs has a second door opening to the hot tub level and has it's own parking.

There is also sailing and water sports on Stithians Reservoir.
