Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Der perfekte Ort für Wassersportler, Familien, Hundebesitzer und Naturliebhaber. Das Haus verfügt über einen großzügigen eigenen Sandstrand mit exklusivem Zugang zum Prüßsee. Die Natur ist zu jeder Jahreszeit wunderschön und kann vom eigenen Steg aus mit Booten und SUPs erkundet werden. Angeln im eigenen See-Anteil ist kostenlos möglich.

Die etwas andere Ferienwohnung

Unsere kleine,feine Ferienwohnung im 1.OG ist gut für 2 Personen geeignet. Durch das Pultdach hat sie eine tolle Raumhöhe und ist hell und freundlich. Im Wohnbereich habt ihr einen großen Fernseher und ein gemütliches Sofa. Dort befindet sich auch die kleine, gut ausgestattete Küchenecke mit 2 Platten Ceranfeld und Kühlschrank. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Entfernung Ratzeburg 3km Das Treppenhaus wird von einer weiteren Person benutzt, da sich im 1 OG unser Büro befindet.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Willkommen im Naturpark Lauenburgische Seen. In der Umgebung findest Du herrliche Badeseen, sehr sehenswerte Kleinstädte wie Ratzeburg oder Mölln. Außerdem fährst Du von hier aus in einer Stunde nach: Lüneburg, Hamburg, Schwerin, Rostock oder nach Wismar. Lübeck ist nur gute 30 Minuten entfernt. Im Ort selbst befinden sich zwei Reiterhöfe und ein Erlebnisbahnhof. Im Sommer ist die Wohnung wunderbar kühl.

Quartier13 - Ferienwohnung in Mölln

Unsere moderne Ferienwohnung, Quartier13, wurde 2021 frisch saniert und nach modernsten Standards ausgestattet. Diese befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist durch einen separaten Eingang frei zugänglich. Zur Wohnung gehört ebenfalls ein kleiner Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill. Die Lage der FeWo ist eine ruhigen Straße mitten in einem Wohngebiet. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass das Zentrum von Mölln, sowie auch Waldwege und Seen schnell und einfach zu erreichen sind.

Quiet, bright apartment near the lake

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the green district of Waldstadt in Mölln. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a quiet residential area, a few minutes from the Schulsee. An Edeka market and a bakery are also nearby. PS: As more sleeping options, there is a sofa bed and mattresses in the converted attic. Notes: Mölln is a lovely spa town. We will pay the visitor's tax and you can get discounts in Mölln with the visitor's cards.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
