This position gives you easy access to the north and south coasts of Cornwall and The Eden Project is just 10 minutes drive away. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open kitchen/lounge area with sofa bed. It also has it's own outside space - an enclosed decking area. Just 2.5 miles from the beautiful Lanhydrock, and 4 miles from Cardinham woods. Conveniently located for great access to Cornwall's North & South Coast beaches and other attractions.

Glynn Bull Pen was built as part of Glynn Estate early 1800s, we have renovated the barn to create a modern, light and spacious holiday retreat. A rural location, private and surrounded by trees, set in the beautiful Glynn Valley. We are close to Bodmin Parkway, with easy access to Cornwall's many tourist attractions such as Lanhydrock Estate (1 mile) Eden (20 minutes) and both north and south coast beaches. You have your own garden space, parking and many acres of quiet woodland to explore.

Boconnion Stables

Beautifully renovated in 2024 by renowned designer Adam Knight in a modern romantic style, The Stables accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 en-suite rooms. Sleep in a vintage Harrods sleigh bed, bathe in the beautiful copper bath & in the evenings, relax in the small but perfectly formed walled garden & have dinner under the stars. The 3rd bedroom has a very comfortable sofa bed but can double up as a 1st floor sitting room/cinema room if not required. See photos for floor plans and visuals.

The Burrow

The Burrow is a quirky and snuggly little bolthole. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome. (No large breeds. Maximum cocker spaniel size, PLEASE respect this). Enjoy the fenced, enclosed garden with views across the fields. A short walk from the local dog friendly pub. kitchen, lounge with woodburner (logs supplied). Smart TV, wifi, king size bed, (electric blanket in winter), air fryer, shared washing machine/dryer, parking and storage for bikes etc. Private hot tub, (bring flip flops!)

Shop and fish and chip shop within walking distance. You will need to drive 20-30 minutes for beaches and larger towns.
