Newly-built cottage in Spjuterum on eastern Öland. With 4 beds and its own small terrace. Rented for a maximum of 3 nights. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower. Upper floor (quite steep stairs) with small double bed and sofa bed in the living room. Duvets and pillows are available, bring your own bed linens and towels. Final cleaning is done by the tenant before departure. Pet-free and smoke-free. The cottage is located on the plot next to our house. Just 2 km from the house, there is a private beach - just hop on the bike and roll there. With the location in the middle of the island, it is close to excursions to both the north and south sides of the island. Full of flea markets, ice cream and locally produced vegetables. The house has many social areas, several patios, everything to follow the sun and accommodate all friends. Completely secluded and overlooking Öland's expanses.
