The 45 m² apartment "Glücksklee" is located on the ground floor of our holiday home "Kleines Glück" from the 19th century, which we have lovingly and high-quality restored. Thick exterior walls made of brick and half-timbered clay walls combined with real wood oak floors guarantee a pleasant room climate all year round. The central location on the edge of the Eifel, coupled with the excellent connections to Aachen, Cologne, Jülich and Düsseldorf make it the perfect place to rest and relax.

We offer our small, fine holiday home in the Eifel for guests (also with dog). The renovated bungalow nestles on the southern slope of the Rurtal and overlooks the small town of Untermaubach and its castle. In the immediate vicinity are magnificent hiking trails through former vineyards, the Celtic Hochkoppel and the typical bunts sandstone cliffs along the Rur. Rurtal & the Eifel National Park are particularly attractive for hikers, mountain bikers/e-bikers and nature lovers.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Enter the apartment through your own entrance and you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living room with smart TV and cozy additional sleeping space for 1-2 people (140 m). The bedroom has two single beds, which can also be prepared as a double bed.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Great for joggers and mountain bikers who can reach the forest in 600 meters and let off steam over many routes. Also nice for walks or hikes to the Laufenburg.
