A nice large balcony gives the apartment a special charm and an area for barbecuing is also provided. The apartment is approx. 1 km from the city center and Seesen train station, where all shopping is available. Excursion destinations such as the Harz Mountains are in approx. 30-45 minutes by car.

We are a friendly family and rent our 60 sqm apartment for max. 4 people. The apartment is in the basement of our 2 family house! The local tourist tax is payable on site!!! The apartment is located directly on the forest (with forest playground) with access to hiking and mountain bike trails! In beautiful Lautenthal you will find many hiking opportunities, excellent bike paths and mountain bike trails. For bikers, Lautenthal is a great start to the winding Harz Mountains!

We offer a laundry package for €10 per person (towels, duvet and pillow covers). The contribution for the spa company is €2.80/night for adults and €1.89/night for children from 6 years. Payment is made on site.

The Zum Jakobi 4 is right in the heart of Goslar's old town. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen including stove and induction cooktop and dishwasher. In the living area there is a smart TV and a dining area and free Wi-Fi. The pedestrian zone with shopping and several attractions are a few minutes' walk away. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
