Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The decor is chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

Our tiny house is located directly on the Xanten North Sea, adjacent to the nature reserve. From the property you are immediately at the lake or on the other side directly on the Rhine. You share the great meadows with some bee colonies, squirrels, hedgehogs, rabbits and our owl. In summer you can taste plums, apples and pears directly from the trees, taste herbs from the beds, and in autumn you can eat walnuts. We provide you with a grill and a fire barrel.
