You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Do you dream of endless walks on the natural beach of the Flensburger Fjord? Would you like to relax and enjoy your coffee or a good book on your own terrace in the countryside and just let your mind wander? Then you've come to the right place. Langballig is a small village with about 1400 inhabitants on the Flensburg Fjord. Everything you need for daily life can be found within walking distance of 5-10 minutes (including supermarket, pharmacy, ATMs, bakery, tourist information).

Vacation home in Westerholz on the Baltic Sea

Short distances to the Baltic Sea. Great natural beach (in summer guarded swimming beach) with a small harbor and various restaurants. From the harbor, a ferry goes to Denmark in the season. 10 km to Glücksburg and 20 km to Flensburg. The house is situated in a cozy residential holiday area. Terrace with grill, seating and sun loungers are available, and there is an outdoor sauna in the garden, which is available free of charge. Linens and towels are included in the price.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Guest house for individualists & nature lovers

The approx. 30 square meter cottage has two rooms and a shower room. In the small front garden you can enjoy the morning sun and on the side terrace the evening sun. Our Resthof is centrally operated with a pellet heater. The farm is a 15-minute walk from the Baltic Sea. From the nearby wild beach you can see over to Denmark. Glücksburg, 5 km away, has good shopping and Flensburg, 17 km away, impresses with its harbor and the many colorful houses.
