In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Up to 8 people. In this beautiful, design-drawn lake house, you can enjoy Jämtland's nature completely undisturbed. Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Approximately 20 minutes from Östersund & about 1 hour to Årefjällen or Bydalsfjällen. Made beds, towels & coffee can already be found in the house. (Car required) Interested in more service from us? Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Cross-country trails and transport lift to the ski resort are just a stone's throw away. Summer time trail running, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, paddling and swimming. Just a 20-minute drive away is the ski resort Åre, which offers shopping, entertainment and restaurants. 5-minute walk to Trillevallen's high mountain hotel.

Sängplatser: sovloft 140 cm bredd och bäddsoffa 140 cm bredd = 4 sängplatser totalt. Tillhörande bäddmadrasser ger sköna sängar. Litet badrum med dusch, toalett och handfat. Matbord och fyra stolar. Stor uteplats i söderläge med bord och 4 stolar. Mindre men välutrustat kök med spis, kylskåp, micro och ugn. Utegrill. WIFI. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue hut on the balcony with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Det händer något med oss när vi tar oss tid att bara vara. Att leva det lite primitiva livet för en stund utan för den delen behöva tumma på alla bekvämligheter. Att släppa på vardagens bestyr, lägga ifrån sig mobilen och låta sig förunnas av det som finns runt om. Tända en eld, paddla kanot, titta ut över vattenbrynet från sängkanten då även bävern kan simma förbi ibland, koka kaffe och laga mat över öppen eld. Sängen är färdigbäddad när du/ni kommer. Hjärtligt välkommen!

Ski areas in the immediate vicinity. A large lake for fishing, swimming and boating.
