Charming Cottage with Pool and Stunning Views

Petit Puntos is a detached cottage with optional heated plunge pool set within its own private grounds on the edge of a quiet Gascogne village in Gers. The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

"The Echo of the Woods" between Périgord and Lot Valley

Attention location isolée. Petit gîte de 20m2 environ, en forêt, à 50 m en contrebas de la maison des propriétaires . Aucun vis-à-vis, pleine nature. Coin cuisine/repas, chambre et salle d'eau. Une plaque à induction, frigo "table-top", petit micro-ondes. Pas de machine à laver. Pas de télévision, mais accès WIFI, signal faible Parking privé à 40m du gîte, sur le haut de la propriété. Accès au logement par petit chemin forestier pédestre Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
