NO ANIMALS (owner has allergies), NO DRUGS or SMOKING OF ANY KIND. Social/casual drinking ok. This is a spacious, clean, and sanitary home. Each room is for single person occupancy. All fast food, restaurant, grocery stores are 1-10min away. Easy access to freeway and neighboring cities.
