The lovingly built Camping Pod comes with the following amenities: ❤ HOT TUB (optional add-on) Enjoy romantic moments in the heated wooden hot tub with a direct view of the forest. The cost is a one-time fee of €60, which includes a box of firewood to heat the tub. If you need more wood, you can purchase an additional box for €10. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own firewood. Feel free to bring flip-flops and a bathrobe for extra comfort. (Please note: No fires are allowed during periods of high wildfire risk in summer.) ❤ HAMMOCK ❤ OUTDOOR SHOWER Enjoy a relaxing evening shower or a refreshing rinse with a view of the forest. Thanks to the camping water heater, you’ll have warm water. Recreation in the forest settlement Glashütte Haus Regina

Haus Regina is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Central and barrier-free apartment with terrace

The rooms are located in the basement of the house and are accessible without stairs. Two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet + shower and a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker and kettle are available. The level is exclusive for our guests. There is a separate entrance from the outside with beautiful views of the garden, which can also be used. The house (first floor) is occupied, but very quiet. We have a small dog that is very family friendly.

VACATION IN LAMSPRINGE Our 64 m² apartment is located right on the edge of the forest with a wonderful view over Lamspringe into nature. The apartment is newly renovated, includes a double bedroom and a single bedroom, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and a covered terrace. Lamspringe is a spot with historic half-timbered buildings, a beautiful forest bath, is close to the A7 and is called the Harz foreland. It invites you to hike and cycle.

Many leisure activities nearby, for children the Rastiland, the Wisentgehege. The Harz Mountains, Steinhuder Meer and Weserbergland are quickly and easily accessible. A horse stable right by the house as well as magnificent monastery churches..... In short, a place to dream!

Bright and quiet apartment right on the edge of the forest!

The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. It is accessible via the main entrance via a separate (!) A place of rest close to nature. The bedroom has a large, cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and there is a sofa bed. Wi-Fi, TV, radio available, apartment is well equipped. Small outdoor terrace.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There is enough space on the 2 floors! Even 2 people feel good and secure on 1 floor with the beautiful living and living room! The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.

A haven of well-being near the fair

This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.

Cozy quiet vacation home

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Apartment on the Battmer farm

On our farm you can relax and escape the stress of everyday life. It is located directly on a field and yet it is only 500 m to the nearest train connection (Bodenburg stop, connection to Hildesheim to Hanover). In Bad Salzdetfurth there is the bike park and the saltwater spa. The historic old town with its half-timbered houses invites you to stroll. The rural environment invites you to hike and cycle.

Bright, cozy accommodation on the upper floor on about 50 square meters. Ideally located to the A7, short connection to the Hanover trade fairs, 8 km to the cultural city of Hildesheim. Beautiful landscape near the Innerste, spa town of Bad Salzdetfurth with brine bath, saltworks in the spa park, 6 km to the golf course (18 holes). Terrace, garden and carport at your disposal. No separate entrance.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
