*Owners live on site, are available to answer questions and provide assistance, but give guests their privacy. *The sleeping porch is not heated. *Cooking is limited. *There are 3 rentals on the property. All have access to the pool/jacuzzi. *Riley, the world's sweetest dog, lives on the property. *Parents, the pool is unfenced and there are no vertical posts in the stair railings. *To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, only registered guests are allowed on the property. *No pets. *No smoking.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment is above our detached garage with a private balcony. Stunning views of city lights and rolling hills. We are a 3-minute drive to Ralph’s Shopping Center which also consist of stores such as Starbucks, Wells Fargo, UPS, and Enterprise. 15 minute drive to Ontario Airport.

It is a private studio with your own private entrance, private bath-room, private kitchen with a microwave-oven, hot plate burners, sink and mini fridge, cofee maker, outdoor gym, romantic walking trails. Perfect place to stay if you are attending a wedding, visiting the local winery, vinyards, fising and more in lake skinner.
