A private rental accommodation by the sea, limited to one group at a time. This fully renovated traditional house is located in Minamiozen, Kagoshima Prefecture, the southernmost town on the mainland. When you enter the room, you will see the view of the Kinkouwan Bay spreading out across the window and Mt. Satsuma, also known as Kaihodo, on the opposite shore, and you will exclaim, "Wow!" and you'll be captivated by the blue sea. The view can be seen not only from the living room, but also from the open bathroom. You can move directly from the room to the spacious wooden deck with a BBQ stove and sink, via the deck terrace that extends from the living room. You can enjoy a relaxing private time while listening to the sound of the waves without worrying about people watching. Nearby, you can drive to Ohama Gold Beach, Sata Cape and Yukawa Falls, and Nishiharadai Panorama Park. The abundant nature along the way is also comforting. In the evening, the sunset from the living room, bathroom, and wooden deck is truly spectacular. And the starry sky after the sun sets is breathtaking. The room also has free WiFi and a projector that displays on the white wall. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and seasonings, so you can bring your own ingredients and cook. (We also provide charcoal and plates for BBQ)

We apologize for any inconvenience this may be the case. * This building is built exclusively for the fireplace, and the ceiling is airy to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning. Kagoshima is warm even in the winter, but if you are not comfortable with cold weather, please be careful. (There are multiple heating equipment) This special place has great transportation and makes it easy to plan your trip because you have everything nearby. This facility is a 5-minute walk from Kagoshima Chuo Station. Although it is the center of Kagoshima City, it is a small house with an irori fireplace, dry landscape gardens, and free parking on the premises. Enjoy a moist and calm atmosphere, like coming to visit a relative's house in the countryside. We provide guests who come to Kagoshima to provide a safe room at a low price, and we are open to enjoy sightseeing in Kagoshima. I intend to accommodate your request whenever possible. It is a tiny house that was also featured on ◾️international architectural sites. For ◾️consecutive nights, the accommodation fee will be discounted according to the number of nights.Please check with me in advanced. The number of◾️ guests is up to 2 adults + 2 children (12 years old and under). The bed available for◾️ bedding is a "double".As an option, you can also use the two patterns: "double and semi-double" and "double and semi-single". Linens will not be changed for ■consecutive nights. There are no ◾️meals provided, but there are several shops where you can eat and drink within a 10-minute drive.There is a◾️ self-catering set. Tim and his Franco-Japanese family welcome you to one of their sunny studios, comfortable for 2 people. The view overlooks our small garden with an olive tree and vines. It is right in the city center of Kokubu. The building belongs to us, in which our "Café Le Parisien" is located, a hairdressing salon and a clothing store.
