Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. For folks bringing pets, note that pets cannot be left unattended in the house. If you leave the house, take your pets with you. Town of Lake City permit # TLCR05.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful mountain and lake views sleeps up to 8. Fire pit BbQ all you need!! Pets are considered on an individual case basis but fee and deposit required Please note I didn’t use professional photographer— so the place actually looks much much better in person!!! Also please note if you are booking for a 2 week stay or longer we require you hire a cleaner every 2 weeks to clean. This is only for longer stay bookings. Thank you

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. The cabin is 420 sq ft and includes a bathroom with large shower, a kitchen, a laundry room, two private decks, private little yard with fire pit, and parking. It is a studio type set up. It is attached but separate to a larger 1900 sq ft cabin that is also for rent.
