Underground Apartment - Poznań, Old Town

We welcome you to our place on earth, and literally it's a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day as long as you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, a unique interior, a relaxing bath, a comfortable split bed, a cup of coffee... It's cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The window in the apartment is technical, does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people with claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air control unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers of Poznań. There is a paid, guarded car park nearby, and parking by the building (in the "centre" paid zone). For those who come by car but don't plan to use it to get around the city, we offer the option of renting a space in our garage (it's located about 800 m from the apartment and costs an additional PLN 70/24h). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue invoices. Be our guest!!!

In the magical shadow of the city

The apartment is located on the ground floor in the courtyard of a quiet street next to Łukasiewicz Park and the bank of the Warta River. On the ground floor of the tenement house there is a restaurant Plan, where you can have a tasty breakfast and drink delicious coffee. 60 m further in the Bezowa confectionery you can enjoy meringue cakes in 50 flavors and other sweets. From here you can quickly reach the main attractions of the city on foot, such as the Old Market Square (15 min), Ostów Tumski with the cathedral (20 min), Lake Malta (15 min), and the Citadel (25 min).

In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with a shower. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m to the bus stop. We provide bicycles. In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.
