Built in 1949 as a fishing cottage, adorable Lake-Front Cabin with private stairwell down to the water.

Open floor plan offering a double bed, a perfect couple's retreat! Your stay includes a kitchenette equipped with coffee, tea and hot cocoa. Wifi and tv are in the open area, along with a settee area. Unique design using reclaimed wood, a custom bathroom you won't find anywhere else. Plenty of hot water. All guests must be 21.

Rustic Retreat

Beautiful sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of open space. Just a few miles outside of Titusville, this newly renovated one bedroom home offers a peaceful place to stay. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

Chardon Loft

Large private 2nd floor studio style living area with queen size bed, couch, table/chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, NO OVEN OR STOVE TOP, sink, large shower, A/C, heat, washer and dryer, and deck. Wifi internet is provided. The television has Netflix. No cable channels. The furnace is nontraditional. It is not located in a closet. The noise when running and starting will be louder than normal during winter months. Ear plugs are available for those that are noise sensitive.

Sky Carriage House: Light, Bright, Corktown Escape

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.
