NOTE: There is no phone (landline) in the unit, so bring your cell phone! If you are experiencing a problem (such as a clogged drain, a leak, or some other utility related issue), please go to the HOA Office, or contact me. If it is after business hours, go to the Security Gate, which is staffed 24 hours a day. Set in the oceanside city of Carlsbad, the apartment is steps away from pristine beaches and Oceanside Harbor. There are plenty of eateries, cafes, and bars within walking distance. San Diego is a 40-minute drive away. Walk or bike to nearby shops and restaurants, and take a cruise down the coast for more ocean sights and sounds! Bicycles are for our guests use; helmets are provided.
