A desk that can be moved upwards is ready for you to start your work directly. Wi-Fi and printer available. A small kitchen and a bathroom are included for your private use. And for a restful sleep, it has a sofa bed with a lake view.

This enchanting former farmhouse dates from 1814 and is located directly on Lake Zurich with only a few steps. To Zurich you have it max. 25 min by car or public transport. You can easily get to the other lake side by car ferry in Meilen. You can spend your vacation with me or seminar/ and conference days in a pleasant atmosphere. Also only for a short break you will find plenty of peace and quiet with me.

With our vacation home «beija-flor» we have fulfilled our dream of living on the water and André, architect by profession, was finally able to realize our own project. We bought the house in 2023 and then lovingly renovated and with a lot of our own. The name is inspired by our last big trip to Brazil, and it says, “hummingbird,” which kisses the flowers.
