Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Euch erwartet eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein kühles Begrüßungsgetränk. 1,80 m Doppelbett, welches auf Wunsch in 2 Einzelbetten gewandelt werden kann. Ein großer Flachbild TV und eine gemütliche Eßecke. Ein neues Bad mit Regendusche und WC Fliegengitter und Rollläden Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in der Strasse vorhanden, oder wenige Gehminuten entfernt REWE Markt, Restaurant, Busanbindung in wenigen Gehminuten

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Our charming and spacious apartment on the Höri peninsula can accommodate up to 4 people with two bedrooms. The decor is modern with special and unusual details. A terrace with a garden and a barbecue area invites you to linger in the green. Quiet and child-friendly neighborhood. Two free parking spaces are available at the house. The peninsula enables excursions around Lake Constance, nearby Switzerland, to Constance and much more.

In the heart of Lindau, separate, private living area

The accommodation offers you a room, two beds, table, chairs, a closet, as well as a kettle, tea and more. The bathroom has a large sink and a walk-in shower. Shampoo and towels are of course available. The toilet, bathroom and room are together and are a separate unit just for you. A large glass front with glass doors opens up a view of the countryside. The excellent location is central, without traffic, quiet, bright and green.

Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.
