Located in mid town, Paducah, this 2 bedroom duplex is centrally located to everything that Paducah has to offer! 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, large eat-in kitchen and a washer and dryer. Stay for a weekend or stay for a week. Close to Baptist Hospital, the mall, and downtown Paducah. Fully equipped kitchen with a full sized refrigerator as well as coffee, tea, snacks and an assortment of soft drinks are available. Close to I-24 so you can pop in and out quickly!

Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in a subdivision. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Screened in porch and fire pit area might be shared during summer months.

This has a galley kitchen and roomy sitting area. It is a studio with a beachy flair! Bring your beach towels and kayaks and there’s room for a boat too or rent one! A 1/2 mile to many restaurants and water park. There’s also a canopy with out door sitting area.

We are about 5-10 minutes from a couple of different boat launches, biking/walking path, and Lake Barkley Sate park (with a very nice beach). We are 5 minutes from the Dollar General, a gas station, & about 20 minutes to town. This is one unit of a triplex. We rent the upstairs unit as well. The other downstairs unit is not rented out.
