Charming cottage in cozy Malen, right in Båstad About 200m to the beach and to the shop with a quiet location. Approx: 35 sqm, kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Bedroom 1: 2 single bed, bedroom 2: bunk bed (2 seats) and also sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchen there is a stove, fridge, microwave. The cottage belongs to the patio on the South side facing the street, bounded by the apple trees. Please respect that the rest of the property does not belong to the rental. Smoking not allowed.

The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

By car It takes about 15 minutes to Vallåsen bicycle facility with fine downhill tracks, 20 minutes to Laholms city center. Nearby are beautiful lakes for recreation, and fishing.

You who live here will appreciate the space, surroundings and atmosphere of the old house from the year 1870. This house is good for couples and families (with kids). 64m2. Full equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, shower & toilet, private patio with small garden and barbecue. On the property, there are two mini pigs, cats, and a two dogs who like it when we have guests.

A silent and beautiful place in south of Sweden. We have restored the barn gently in a Swedish/Danish countrystile. Cows and sometimes horses around the house as well as wildlife like Moose, wild boar, deers, cranes etc. A lot to visit for both children and adults, we have made a guide for inspiration. Nice places for walks, coffee, tea and dinner. Perfect for nature lovers and families who want to have real family time. No wifi but a lot to do inside and outside.
