We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Also there is where you can rent paddle boards or any type of boat you please. 3 parking spots (2 spots if over sized vehicles).
