We offer a quiet stay in a renovated private apartment of 60m² on the ground floor of our house, with also private terrace. The accommodation includes 1 bedroom with double bed + sofa 1 place in the living room. Ideal for a couple alone or with a child. We offer 2 bikes to visit La Rochelle (10 minutes from the CV by bike) and Île de Ré (30 minutes from the bridge). On returning from your day, you can relax in your private sauna (in the bathroom).

Superb loft-style flat at 2 steps from the centre!

Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160. A large bedroom with cupboards and shower room. A few minutes walk from downtown and on the direct axis to the island of Re. Settle down, you are at home!

Close to the ocean and Ile de Ré, downtown La Rochelle, this fully privatized home offers a relaxing stay. The very well-secured pool is heated from June to September, October. Warm home, family, friends can feel "at home". Everything has been made available so that the stay can be as pleasant as possible (excellent bedding). No disturbance around.
