Enjoy this fabulous 280 m2, comfortable, tastefully decorated place with the whole family. You will be dazzled by the diversity of the garden, the flowers, the fruits, the birdsong... Shops, doctors, theater, cathedral, restaurants... all just a stone's throw away, and yet it's the silence that will surprise you. Large, bright, air-conditioned house at the foot of an equestrian center and the bike path. Quiet. 6min by bike from the daily market, restaurants, shops from the port and the beach of La Phibie. 15min bike ride to Giraudière Beach. The house consists of a living room of 40m2, an equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms +1 , 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, a fenced, wooded garden with outdoor dining area and lounge and private parking spaces. Comfortable. Towels and bed linen provided.

Its location allows you to enjoy the nearby tourist sites: Marais Poitevin, Iles de Ré, Oléron, La Tranche sur Mer, La Rochelle, Fontenay le Comte. Hiking or cycling the countryside will also be a possibility during your stay.
