Pleasant village house

In this cute little apartment by Lake Marciac, you will find a kitchen area open to the dining room and living room (with sofa bed) overlooking the private terrace with lake views. A small bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a vanity and independent toilets complete this pleasant and comfortable accommodation. Spend a refreshing holiday in this green and calm setting. In the heart of the village of Labatut Rivière stay in this house composed of a bright living room, an independent living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen overlooking the outside, a laundry room and a toilet on the ground floor. The floor, on the other hand, consists of 3 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and a bathroom. Outside, a pretty walled and wooded garden on the front of the house allows meals and relaxing moments in complete tranquility. Only a few hundred yards away is a children's park and the banks of the Adour for nature walks. 10 min from Plaisance and Maubourguet and 15min from Marciac. You will also be less than 45min from Aire sur Adour, Tarbes and Auch. As for Toulouse, Bordeaux, the first slopes or the Atlantic coast it will take between 1.5 and 2 hours to get there.
