It is 9 km from Sparta and 1 km from the entrance of the Byzantine castle of Mystras. It has an open-plan living room and kitchen, with all the equipment for cooking. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The view from the balconies is amazing, overlooking the castle of Mystras and Sparta. There are coffee and food shops near the house. The fireplace is purely decorative and not functional, so it cannot be used by guests. Please note that the fireplace is not an amenity of the accommodation.

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Villa Salanti offers a serene retreat featuring two private beaches. Just a few meters from the beach, a patio invites you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden.
