Nice 3 bedroom in absolute calm (birthdays and parties not allowed)  spacious and very clean. Well located close to Bordeaux, nature and calm. Easy access to go to Bordeaux, visit the castles or spend a day at the beach. Located 5 minutes from the tram and close to Pessac Alouette SNCF train station. 40 minutes from the first beach of Arcachon Bay. I specify that the apartment is rented with my things in it, but in each room there are empty shelves to store your things.

Ideally located near Bordeaux, 35 minutes from the Arcachon Bay and 10 minutes from the Great Bordeaux Vineyards (Haut-Brion, Pape-Clément). In a very quiet residential area, we welcome you to this well-equipped accommodation with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The studio has a private garden area with garden furniture and BBQ as well as a free parking space right in front.

Charming 25 m2 studio. Ideally located in the Alouette district, the accommodation is located in a cul-de-sac and close to the Bourgailh forest. Close to all amenities (bypass and bus nearby and tram 15 min walk). The accommodation, adjoining our main house, is composed of a main room with living/sleeping area (140 bed), kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. Pleasant, fully renovated one-story house on a 800 m² lot, ideally located (public transport, bus and tram) 20 minutes from Bordeaux, 10 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from ocean beaches and Arcachon. TO BE SPECIFIED: The house is intended for six people as part of families or couples. For workers, it's three people since there are three beds. THERE IS NO CLEANING FEE AND TRAVELERS MUST CLEAN THE HOUSE BEFORE THEIR DEPARTURE.
